Sizing Guide
Finding the right ring size matters — a piece that fits right is one you'll actually wear. All Stella Nera rings are sized in US standards.
How to Measure at Home
You need: a strip of paper (1 cm wide, 10 cm long) and a ruler in millimeters.
- Wrap the paper around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
- Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen.
- Measure the length up to the mark in millimeters — this is the circumference.
- Match that number to the chart below.
US Ring Size Chart
| US Size | Circumference (mm) | Diameter (mm) |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | 49.3 | 15.7 |
| 6 | 51.9 | 16.5 |
| 7 | 54.4 | 17.3 |
| 8 | 57.0 | 18.1 |
| 9 | 59.5 | 18.9 |
Tips for an Accurate Measurement
- Measure at the end of the day — fingers swell slightly throughout the day, and you want the ring to fit when your hand is at its largest.
- Measure in normal room temperature — cold fingers shrink, hot fingers expand.
- Measure 2–3 times and use the average.
- Account for knuckles — if your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size that slides over the knuckle comfortably.
Between Sizes?
If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. A slightly loose ring is more comfortable than one that pinches — especially for pieces you'll wear daily.
