Sizing Guide

Finding the right ring size matters — a piece that fits right is one you'll actually wear. All Stella Nera rings are sized in US standards.

How to Measure at Home

You need: a strip of paper (1 cm wide, 10 cm long) and a ruler in millimeters.

  1. Wrap the paper around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
  2. Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen.
  3. Measure the length up to the mark in millimeters — this is the circumference.
  4. Match that number to the chart below.

US Ring Size Chart

US Size Circumference (mm) Diameter (mm)
5 49.3 15.7
6 51.9 16.5
7 54.4 17.3
8 57.0 18.1
9 59.5 18.9

Tips for an Accurate Measurement

  • Measure at the end of the day — fingers swell slightly throughout the day, and you want the ring to fit when your hand is at its largest.
  • Measure in normal room temperature — cold fingers shrink, hot fingers expand.
  • Measure 2–3 times and use the average.
  • Account for knuckles — if your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size that slides over the knuckle comfortably.

Between Sizes?

If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. A slightly loose ring is more comfortable than one that pinches — especially for pieces you'll wear daily.
