Shipping

All Stella Nera pieces ship from our fulfillment partner with full tracking. We aim to make the experience boutique, even when the logistics are global.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation
  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days (worldwide)
  • Express shipping: 5–7 business days (select regions)
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties determined by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel right. If it doesn't, we make it easy.

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, in original condition, with the GRA certificate and packaging included
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sizing

Rings are sized in US standards. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. We do not currently offer free resizing, but we'll always help you find the right fit before you order — reach out before purchasing if you're unsure.
