Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the GRA certificate
- Free from signs of wear, scratches, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved pieces
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without the original GRA certificate
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at alexmtzo571@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first — processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us.
